When it comes to software development, I possess in-depth knowledge of windows, web and phone application development, covering almost every aspect of the software industry and the software development cycle, Delivering quality solutions to complex business problems within scope, budget and tight schedules whilst meeting strict specifications both functional (for customers) and technical (for developers), from project planning, estimating to delivery.

Apart from coding, I love nature and like to travel a lot. I am a sports enthusiast and I follow cricket and loves Sachin Tendulkar. I do like watching movies as and when I get some free time.

Projects

I have developed various applications over the past few years. I always prefer using Microsoft technologies. I started off with traditional windows development. When Microsoft introduced Silverlight, I have enhanced my technology skills by learning XAML and as of now, I consider myself as an expert in XAML. Using XAML, I have developed web applications (Silverlight), windows applications (WPF) and Mobile Application (Xamarin & Windows Phone). I have done some sort of R&D in the past and developed native andoroid applications using Java and Hybrid application using Ionic (Cordova).

Apart from XAML, I have worked extensively in developing responsive web applications using HTML 5 & bootstrap and has excellent working knowledge with Angular framework.

Almost all the backend of the .Net applications were developed using C#. I am well versed in implementing security witin web applicaiton.

    GACsam

    Support sales and marketing team of Gulf Agency Company.

    The Silverlight Business Application over the internet was developed for the sales and marketing team in the Gulf Agency Company. GAC Sam is a global customer and sales management system for business areas shipping and logistics. It includes a central database with tables for a global party master, global operational and financial data.

    The global party master is used by all the other applications in the company. There is a sync feature which sync’s the party table from other application to and from the GAC Sam application. It includes a sales management module for our global and regional sales team. This module will generate reports based on certain criteria using Crystal Reports.

    Traditional ADO net methods are used in the application for fetching the data from the database, in the WCF services. MVVM architecture is followed for the application. User friendliness and quick response are the advantages of this application comparing the existing. One of the module for this application was an office version, which was done in WPF

Personal

1983 - 1999

I was born in the land of Cochin, a city in the state of Kerala, known as God's own country in India. (It was not the God's own country then). I did my schooling in St. Pauls, Fort cochin and then moved to CCPLM, Thevara.

I was neither a geek nor lazy. I do have my fair share in co-curricular activities..

2000 - 2005

I did my graduation in Computer Application from Mahatma Gandhi University, which is a well-known University in Kerala. During this time, I did a Diploma in Web Applicaiton from NIIT.

I was active in Sports and Athletics and I was above average in my studies as well. I have passed with more than 65% in all the exams. That was not exceptional, but I consider that as ok.

Present

Software Engineer. Married and has a kid!!!

Again, It was my passion during studies and I managed to become a good software engineer. Still passionate about coding.
